Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, MKE Vape Wholesale Inc. has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, 

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through UPS or FEDEX

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

FEDEX/UPS does not meet its service guarantee, customers can notify MKE Vape Wholesale Inc and we will gladly place the claim with FedEx to recover your shipping costs. MKE Vape Wholesale Inc will credit customer accounts for the shipping fees from successful claims as soon as the claim has been paid by FEDEX/UPS.

DECLINE SHIPMENT

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call   847 895 7080 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

FREE SHIPPING OVER $500.00

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. MKE Vape Wholesale Inc shopping understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order max within 7 working days.

When the total cost of the products in your cart at checkout (after discounts) exceeds $500.00, We pay the full cost of shipping. Free shipping options are typically only available to customers in the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping by Fedex and UPS Ground only.

Shipping rates are determined by size, weight & the distance. Shipping costs will be added to your order after it is packed & weighed. Flat Shipping Rate apply up to 21 lbs Box (18' X 18" X 18').  Overweight charge apply on shipping. 

SATURDAY SHIPMENTS

FedEx/UPS Ground only operates on Saturday for the four weekends between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. During the rest of the year, We will pick and pack all Saturday orders that specify FedEx/UPS Ground as their method of shipment; however, those packages will not begin moving until the following Monday.

SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING

All of our available shipping methods are either flat-rate or have Free shipping options available. Please remember, though, FedEx/UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturday.

Shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states and shipments that include bulk items are not eligible for MKE Vape Wholesale inc 's free or flat-rate options

DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS

Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond MKE Vape Wholesale Inc's control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from MKE VAPE WHOLESALE INC (FOB Shipping Point). MKE Vape Wholesale inc will not take any responsibility for lost package or wrong address. Customer claim Lost package at fedex/ups or MKE Vape Wholesale inc will pay you $100.00 store credit.

DECLARE VALUE OR SHIPMENT INSURANCE

Declared value advantage is available at checkout 1.5% amount of your total order, Protect your high-value shipment by Fedex/ups. If the package will be lost or damage, You can claim your shipment value. Gain Peace of mind.

DIRECT SIGNATURE SERVICES

Service available by fedex/ups. Direct Sign means someone at least 21 years old in this address to sign for the package, otherwise, they leave the package outside without knowledge. Customer must inform us of this service. we will apply charge extra $4 per package.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We are not able to provide cod services due to some restriction.

SHIPMENTS TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND POST OFFICE BOXES(P.O BOX)

Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, MKE VAPE WHOLESALE INC ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes may be canceled without warning. Continued shipping to residential addresses may result in account cancellation without warning. We are not able to provide cod services due to our shipper restriction.
